Parts Swap Table Reservation

Access to the parts swap is free for the public, only sellers need to register.

Table rental fee for the Parts Swap event on November 1st 2026. This means you have a reserved space for your parts and/or products the day of the event, which includes a table and chairs.

• Single table 35$
• Double table 60$
• Business table 70$
  

A single table is about 2’x5’, with a bit of room for maybe one complete bike. If you need a second table or more room for bikes, please purchase two tables, a discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

If you represent a business selling your company's products, please purchase the business table add-on. You can select a normal table if you'll only be selling your personal parts.

An email with all the necessary info about the day of the event will be sent to you about a week prior.
