1. Directory Only

Citify.ca is a directory platform only, not a marketplace. All transactions occur exclusively off-platform between merchant and client. Citify bears no responsibility for any transaction, dispute, or outcome between merchants and residents.

2. Merchant Content Responsibility

Merchants warrant they own all uploaded content including images. Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. False advertising is the merchant's legal responsibility. Citify reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice.

3. NEQ

Merchants who provide an NEQ warrant that it is their own valid Quebec business number. Fraudulent use of another business's NEQ is a legal violation and Citify.ca bears no responsibility.

4. Copyright

Merchants warrant they hold rights to all uploaded images and content. Citify will respond to legitimate takedown requests promptly. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.

5. Limitation of Liability

Citify's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Quebec law. Citify is not liable for merchant actions, false listings, or client disputes. Platform provided as-is without warranties.

6. Governing Law

Platform governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Disputes subject to Quebec jurisdiction.
