The Integrity: Volume I

A Single Blueprint

This story is not about deciding who is good and who is bad.

Some people exercise authority. Some remain silent. Some say, “It is not within my jurisdiction.”

When those small choices come together, they create a vast silence for which no one takes responsibility.

The decision remains, but the person who made it cannot be seen.

The result remains, but responsibility disappears.

So I would like to ask:

When everyone says they are not responsible,

where does institutional responsibility remain?

Yours,

Candice
