MARCHE PALUMBO INC

About Us Brothers Roberto and Antonio Gentile grew up in their parents' grocery store on Chabanel Street in Montreal. In 1973, their mother Antonietta Palumbo opened the first Palumbo grocery store. She was a pioneer in the community, working tirelessly to provide an authentic Italian experience to all who walked through the doors. Today, just over 50 years later, with more than 250 employees and five stores, the Gentile brothers continue to honor their mother's legacy.
