Prozis Zero Mug Cake Mix (400g)

What is the Prozis Zero Mug Cake Mix? It is a just-add-water (or milk) baking powder that microwaves into a warm, fluffy mug cake in about two minutes. It is low in sugar, high in fibre and aspartame-free, so you get a fresh, single-serve dessert without the added sugar of a boxed cake mix.

About Prozis

Prozis is a European sports-nutrition and functional-food brand known for its large “Zero” line — lower-sugar reworks of everyday favourites, including baking and breakfast mixes like mug cakes and pancakes. The Zero approach keeps the flavour while cutting added sugar with sugar alcohols, fibre and high-intensity sweeteners.

Why we carry it

This is the move when a late-night dessert craving hits and you do not want to bake a whole cake or blow your sugar budget. Scoop, add liquid, microwave — two minutes later you have a hot, gooey mug cake. It's the kind of fun, low-effort, lower-sugar swap our customers keep coming back for.

Key features

Who it's for

About this product

You mix a measured scoop of the powder with water, milk or a plant drink, then microwave in a mug. The mix leans on fibre and sweeteners rather than added sugar to keep it light, and it bakes up soft and cakey. Add your own toppings — sugar-free syrup, nut butter or a few berries — to dress it up.

Nutrition & ingredients

Macros vary by flavour and by the liquid you add; the chocolate variant lands around 359 kcal for a large prepared serving. The mix is formulated to be low in sugar and high in fibre. Always check the tub for the exact per-serving panel and ingredient list for your flavour.
