ABOUT US our story Founded over 40 years ago by George Saardi, Schevratex Yarns began as a small operation in his garage with just one dyeing machine and a knotting machine. Before starting the company, George gained extensive experience by moving textile machinery across the globe, a journey that inspired him to launch his own business and bring the best production techniques to Canada. Today, Schevratex Yarns has grown into a proud, family-owned Canadian company based in Montreal.
