Vintage Burmese Elephant Bell, Cast Bronze Temple Animal Bell, Myanmar.
Authentic vintage Burmese elephant bell, also known as a Shan or temple animal bell, crafted in cast bronze/brass with rich aged patina. Traditional bells like this were historically used on elephants, cattle, or water buffalo in Myanmar (Burma) and surrounding regions. Features the desirable rounded pumpkin-form body with elongated sound slit, internal clapper, engraved decorative motifs, and old character-rich surface wear.
This example includes a later added braided turquoise hanging loop with red accent beads for display. Produces a deep rustic tone when moved. Excellent decorative piece for global folk art, bohemian interiors, meditation spaces, or collectors of Southeast Asian artifacts.
A strong statement object with real presence and authentic age appeal.
