Chungking Express - The Criterion Collection (4K-UHD)

Two Hong Kong cops and the women who drift through their lives: one a drug smuggler in a blonde wig (Brigitte Lin), the other a free-spirited snack-bar worker (Faye Wong). Wong Kar-wai's intoxicating double-feature of romantic longing and urban drift — shot in just over a month with a handheld intensity that mirrors the restlessness of its characters — is one of the essential films of the 1990s.
