Vintage Footprint woodworking chisel set, manufactured in Sheffield, England. Includes four traditional steel chisels with turned hardwood handles, brass ferrules and metal striking hoops.

The blades retain their “SHEFFIELD ENGLAND” markings, while the handles feature the classic Footprint logo. Footprint has a long Sheffield toolmaking history; the company states that its first full-length wood-chisel forgings were produced around 1966. 

A solid vintage working set with attractive traditional Sheffield tool construction—ideal for woodworking, restoration, workshop use or vintage tool collecting.
