Développé par Prosyro spécialement pour le Carnaval de Québec 2026, le Sirop Orignal est né d’une collaboration 100 % québécoise avec Chic-Choc et Coureur des Bois.
Inspiré de la boisson chaude signature servie durant le Carnaval, ce sirop capture l’esprit festif de l’hiver : réconfortant, épicé, légèrement boisé… et profondément local.
Pendant le Carnaval, le cocktail est servi chaud sur les sites officiels.
Une quantité très limitée a été produite pour permettre aux amateurs de recréer l’expérience à la maison.

Inspired by the signature hot drink served during the Carnival, this syrup captures the festive spirit of winter: comforting, spicy, lightly woody… and deeply local.
During the Carnival, the cocktail is served hot at the official sites.
A very limited quantity was produced to allow enthusiasts to recreate the experience at home.
