The hand-made oyster knives are part of Alambika's hand-crafted collection and fully made in Quebec. Care Instructions: Rinse with clear water after each use and dry immediately to avoid oxidation. Avoid prolonged exposure to lemon juice, saltwater, or other acidic elements. In case of rust, gently clean with extra-fine steel wool and apply a light coat of vegetable oil. Please note: Because each knife is handmade individually, the color and pattern may differ from the photo. That’s the beauty of artisan work — no two pieces are exactly alike.
