Beni Ourain Moroccan Rug - 4'8" × 8'1" - TO7014

BENI OURAIN MOROCCAN RUG Rug Description

This beautiful Beni Ourain Moroccan rug is handwoven by Berber artisans from the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. It features a striking all-over checkerboard pattern woven in warm saffron orange and natural ivory, creating a bold yet minimalist composition that highlights the authentic beauty of traditional Moroccan craftsmanship. The plush wool pile and gently irregular handwoven pattern celebrate the individuality of the artisan, making every rug completely unique.

The checkerboard design offers a contemporary interpretation of traditional Amazigh weaving, reflecting harmony, balance, and craftsmanship passed down through generations. The naturally undulating surface, subtle tonal variations, and beautifully aged organic wool add warmth, texture, and timeless character to this genuine vintage Moroccan textile.

Hand-knotted from organic wool and naturally aged over decades, this one-of-a-kind vintage Beni Ourain rug combines exceptional craftsmanship with a clean, modern aesthetic. Its generous size makes it an ideal centerpiece for living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, offices, or open-concept interiors. The warm ivory and saffron palette beautifully complements Scandinavian, Japandi, organic modern, bohemian, minimalist, contemporary, and wabi-sabi spaces.
