Petit éloge du mouton | Thierry Pardo

We all know the sheep. He keeps us warm when cold, he's company to sleepless nights, he lives in our fables where he takes on the role of the gentle, the kind, the gregarious, a little naive, always harmless.

The author Thierry Pardo testifies to his experience as an urban shepherd among the sheep, shares his knowledge and learnings about this strangely misunderstood animal, too often ill-loved and yet essential to man.
