Provisions Food Company makes jams, spreads, syrups and other fruit based products in the Niagra region of Ontario. These are somewhere between a jam and a chunky jelly. Think artisanal Smuckers. We've been looking for ages for a well made classic jam, no creative flavours or herbs and spices added, just fruit and sugar, and we finally found it!
