Louis d'Or is a very firm cow's milk cheese made at Fromagerie Du Presbytère in Sainte-Élizabeth-de-Warwick, QC. Inspired by the traditional Jura cheese Comte, it is made with unpasteurized milk in 40kg wheels. It is aged for 2 years and has fine and complex flavours.
