Avonlea cheddar, by the 200g

Avonlea cheddar is modelled after the classic British clothbound cheddar to great success. It is made with unpasteurized cow's milk and aged for 12-18 months in a cheese cave in Charlottetown, PEI. It's hard, crumbly, and veined with blue mold.
