If you prefer to have a deboned roast, we can debone and tie it for you, but expect that the resulting roast will weigh a little less than the weight you selected (the price you are paying is the bone-in price). Please specify your preference in notes during check-out. Please note that a lamb leg roast purchased online will not include the shank.
