Small 45 to 49 cm head circumference (4 to 18 months*)

Medium 47 to 52 cm head circumference (2 to 3 years*)

Large 50 to 55 cm head circumference (3 to 6 years*)

Very Large 54 to 58 cm head circumference (6 to 12 years*)
