Merino wool ensures a good temperature in summer and winter. It keeps babies at a good temperature. It is important that part of the forehead remains free, so that your child perceives the ambient temperature.
Washing:- Magical! Merino wool is self-cleaning and does not need to be washed often. To freshen up, hanging outside at dawn or in the bathroom when you shower is usually enough!
- Merino wool is odourless: if you spill milk it is best to wipe it with a damp cloth, rather than washing the whole piece. The fibre contains lanolin which acts as a natural soap when in contact with water and prevents odours.
