Antique Opal and Diamond Ring in Platinum & 18k Yellow Gold

Beautiful antique ring featuring a rectangular cabochon cut center opal surrounded by a double halo of pavé set old European cut diamonds set in platinum with an 18k yellow gold gallery and shank. ID#: RG1044 Opal: One (1) prong set, rectangular cabochon cut opal stone measuring approximately 7.3mm x 5.8mm x 3.8mm with an estimated 0.50ct weight.  Diamonds: Thirty (30) pavé set, old European cut diamonds measuring approximately 2.5-3.5mm each in diameter with an estimated VVS-VS clarity and F/G colour. Total estimated 2.00ct diamond weight. Diamonds are very fine quality with one diamond slightly abraded on the girdle.  Metal: 18k yellow gold and platinum (acid tested)  Size: 5 1/2 Weight: 6.76g  No visible markings
