Salomon Highlander Black 2027 – Bindings

The Salomon Highlander is a versatile all-mountain binding built for riders who want confident, responsive performance across every type of terrain. Lightweight yet supportive, it strikes a precise balance between comfort and control — making it equally at home on groomers, in the trees, or charging open faces.

The Highlander is built on a Shadow Fit Baseplate reinforced with Kevlar Quickwire and a 45% fiberglass nylon composite, featuring a toolfree adjustable toe ramp, a Universal Disc with IMS and Unite Disc compatibility, and a Power Hook for added security. Heel hold comes from the Minima 3D highback, pre-rotated at 12° to align naturally with your stance, paired with a Response Pad underfoot for efficient energy transfer. The Shadow Lite Strap and Ultra-Fit Toe Strap keep things locked in, with MicroMax and toolfree strap adjustments for a dialed fit. Available in S, M, and L.

The Highlander is the go-to choice for all-mountain freeriders who log long days on the hill and need a binding that won't quit. If you push hard through varied conditions and want gear that responds immediately without sacrificing comfort, this is your binding. It's versatile enough for progressing riders and refined enough for experienced ones.

• Is the Highlander compatible with my board? Yes — it uses a Universal Disc with IMS and Unite Disc compatibility, so it fits the vast majority of snowboard mounting systems.
• Can I adjust the binding without tools? Yes — both the toe ramp and strap adjustments are toolfree, so you can fine-tune your setup right on the mountain.
