Bataleon Thunderstorm 2027 – All Mountain Snowboard

The Bataleon Thunderstorm is built for the freestyle rider who refuses to be limited to one zone. Whether you're lapping the park, carving groomers, or venturing into the sidecountry, this all-mountain board is engineered to keep up with every side of your riding.

At the heart of the Thunderstorm is a hybrid 3D shape — more pronounced at the tip, subtler at the tail — combined with a slight taper that encourages float in softer snow without sacrificing the snappy, responsive feel you need in the park or on hardpack. A medium flex of 6 out of 10 hits the sweet spot between playfulness and edge control, making it equally at home on jumps, rails, and variable terrain. Available lengths 154cm, 156cm, 156W, 158cm, 159W, 161cm, 162W, it suits intermediate to advanced riders looking for one board that handles it all.

The Thunderstorm is the go-to choice for all-mountain freestyle riders who want a single quiver board that doesn't compromise. The taper and 3D tip geometry make switch riding feel natural, so progression-minded riders will find it particularly rewarding. If your ideal day combines park hits, open faces, and a few untouched lines, this board was designed around exactly that session.

• Is the Thunderstorm good for riding switch? Yes — the hybrid 3D shape with a directional taper keeps the board agile and predictable in both directions, making switch tricks and riding more accessible.
• What kind of snow conditions does the Thunderstorm handle best? It's designed to perform across groomed runs, powder, and mixed conditions, with the tapered tip helping it float when things get soft.
