Burton Counterbalance Camber Amoeba 2027 – All Mountain Snowboard

The Burton Counterbalance Camber Amoeba is a gender-neutral all-mountain snowboard built for riders who refuse to choose between the park, the groomers, and the powder stash. It's the board you grab on any given day without second-guessing yourself — confident in variable conditions and genuinely fun when things get playful.

Built around a directional camber profile — camber underfoot for drive and a rockered nose for float — paired with a directional shape and a snappy, medium-range flex, the Counterbalance rewards both carving and slashing with equal enthusiasm. The FSC-certified Super Fly II 700G dual-species wood core keeps the overall package light without sacrificing pop, while 45° Carbon Highlights running tip to tail add responsiveness that never tips into stiffness. Underfoot, a sintered WFO base handles speed on hardpack and wax absorption for longer-lasting glide. The Channel® mount system is compatible with all major binding brands and gives you full freedom to dial your stance.

This board suits intermediate to advanced riders looking for one quiver-killing setup that handles a full mountain without compromise. If you find yourself splitting time between groomed runs, side hits, and the occasional powder day, the Counterbalance was designed with exactly that routine in mind. Its gender-neutral sizing makes it accessible to a wide range of riders, and its intuitive flex rewards progression without punishing experimentation.

• Is the Counterbalance suitable for beginners? Its directional flex and camber profile are best suited to riders who already have their turns dialed — intermediates and above will get the most out of it.
• Does The Channel® work with my bindings? The Channel® mount is compatible with all major binding brands, including Burton, as well as standard 4x4 and 2x4 hole patterns via an adapter.
