Capita Dark Horse 154cm 2027 – All Mountain & Park Snowboard

The Capita Dark Horse is the go-to freestyle board for riders who want real performance without breaking the bank. Designed around park and resort riding, it's the team-favorite setup stripped down to its technical essentials — responsive, poppy, and ready to throw down on jumps, rails, and side hits.

Built in a true twin shape with a radial sidecut and PARK V1 camber, the Dark Horse delivers the locked-in pop and directional symmetry that freestyle riding demands. At 154 cm, it sits in a versatile mid-range length suited to a wide range of riders. The flex is a medium-stiff 6 out of 10, giving it enough backbone for big jumps while staying playful on smaller features. Under the topsheet, a Dual Core™ construction keeps weight low and snap high, while 2 x 30 mm Carbon Aramid Boosters add targeted ollie power and torsional response. The HOLYSHEET™ fiberglass with Magic Bean™ resin rounds out a build that punches well above its price point.

The Dark Horse is built for intermediate to advanced freestyle riders who spend most of their time in the park but still want a board that handles resort terrain with confidence. If you're progressing your jump game, working on rails, or just want a reliable all-around freestyle board at an honest price, this is the one. It rewards commitment and grows with you as your riding evolves.

• Is the Dark Horse good for beginner riders? Its flex 6 and PARK V1 camber are better suited to intermediate and advanced riders — beginners may find it less forgiving than a softer, more centered camber setup.
• Can it handle all-mountain riding outside the park? Yes — the true twin shape and responsive construction make it a capable resort board, though it's optimized for freestyle and park use first.
