Private Help Session

Do you need help figuring out your pattern, fixing a mistake or learning a new technique? Register for a 30-minute help session with one of our experts! 

Bring your project, your pattern, any related tools and get the customized help you need to get to the next step. We'll take a few minutes at the start of the session to make sure this format is the right fit for your needs. 

Some things our private help sessions are for:
- troubleshooting an unfamiliar technique 
- learning to fix mistakes in your knitting 
- reviewing a new pattern together & making a game plan before you begin 
- choosing a size and customizing fit on an existing pattern 
- reading through a chart together
- trying something new with a knowledgeable cheerleader at your side to boost your confidence and offer support.

Some things our private help sessions aren't for:
- repairing machine-knit pieces
- writing original patterns 
- resizing or regrading patterns
- as a first learn-to-knit class 
- custom work performed by a staff member without your participation (our goal is to help you gain confidence and independence in your knitting!)
