San Francisco Bay 40 Gas Fireplace

The Regency City Series™ San Francisco Bay 40 is a masterpiece of modern fireplace engineering. By providing a three-sided, 180-degree view of the fire, it creates an unmatched sense of depth and ambiance. The unit utilizes the Cool Wall System, which enables homeowners to mount a TV or artwork directly above the fireplace—even without a mantel. This technology functions by drawing air through a specialized plenum and exhausting it through a discreet vent at the top of the wall, keeping the surface cool to the touch.

Visually, the CB40E is completely frameless. The air-cooled double glass system eliminates the need for a protective mesh screen, ensuring that nothing stands between you and the high-definition flames. Standard interior LED accent lighting illuminates the firebed, which can be tailored to any style with driftwood logs, volcanic stones, or various glass crystals. Controlled by the intuitive Proflame 2 system, this fireplace offers complete control over the atmosphere of your home with the touch of a button.
