MIA - I

Mia, a university student in New York, leads a quiet and ordinary life, balancing her studies with work as a private tutor to support her family. When the family she works for moves to Washington, Mia begins tutoring the children of an Italian family. The first few weeks go smoothly, but everything changes when the children's uncle, Franco Enzo Adalfieri, returns from Sicily. Mia faces challenging days ahead, trying to heal the emotional wounds of the two children while dealing with Franco's dissatisfaction and authoritarian nature. Although the tension between Mia and Franco gradually gives way to an intense love, unexpected truths come to light, turning Mia's entire life upside down.
