The Arcane Collar

Not all heroes begin with greatness.

Auren has dreamed of becoming a Dragon Rider all his life.

But when every dragon rejects him before the eyes of the kingdom, he becomes the first elf in centuries to leave the Bonding Moon Ceremony alone and unclaimed.

Shamed, forgotten, and abandoned by the very destiny he longed for, Auren believes his future has ended.

Instead, it has only just begun.

Centuries earlier, the banished sorcerer Morvane uncovered a forgotten secret deep within the Tower of Ardinor and forged the Arcane Collar, a relic capable of enslaving dragons. Now it's dark legacy has returned. As long-buried powers stir and ancient prophecies awaken, old enemies rise from the shadows, and the fate of Eldoria hangs by a thread.

With darkness spreading across the realm and a force older than magic itself threatening the balance of the world, Auren must discover why the boy no dragon chose may be the only one who can save them all.

Perfect for readers who love epic fantasy filled with dragons, ancient mysteries, unforgettable friendships, unforgettable characters, and sweeping adventure, The Arcane Collar is the thrilling first novel in The Auren Chronicles.
