Oglesforte: Crossing the River Maad

Some crossings change where you are,

Others change who you are.

Long before anyone understands why, two people meet by chance

at the River Maad. It feels like a small moment-easy to forget.

But some moments are carried forward, hidden by time and

imagination, waiting to be discovered.

Years later, a family searching for answers finds themselves

drawn back to the river. As they travel through forests, villages,

and the edges of Oglesforte, pieces of the past begin to rise to the

surface. The journey becomes more than a search-it becomes a

puzzle, one shaped by memory, courage, and the bonds that hold

people together.

What they uncover is a truth no one could have expected-one

that changes how they see themselves and the world around them.

There are meetings that are accidents.

Others are the beginning of everything.
