Dark Cargo: The Daniel Cadwell Series, #2

After losing everything that mattered, former Navy SEAL Chief Petty Officer Daniel Cadwell is still trying to outrun his past. With only his aging Australian Shepherd, Malikai, for company, he drifts from one quiet town to the next—until trouble finds him again.

When a massive shipment of illegal cargo disappears in the desert outside of Mercy, New Mexico, Daniel quickly realizes this is no ordinary smuggling operation. The same powerful family that once ruled the town with fear has returned, and they're moving something far more dangerous than drugs or weapons.

As bodies begin to pile up and the town falls back under the grip of terror, Daniel is forced to make a choice: keep driving, or stand and fight. But this time, the stakes are higher than he ever imagined—and the cargo they're protecting could change everything.

Dark Cargo is the second novel in The Daniel Cadwell Series, a gritty military thriller series featuring a broken warrior, an unbreakable K9 bond, and one man's relentless pursuit of justice in the forgotten corners of America.

Perfect for fans of Jack Reacher, Vince Flynn, and Brad Thor.
