Soulfire Volume II: The Wager of Tongues

Ashkelad ibn Sangam spends thirteen months with five of the deadliest instructors alive on the Continent: A holy knight who has spent forty years excusing what he serves. A saintess sent to spy. A paladin of the dawn. An exiled prince-turned-sellsword. And the Old Lion of Chandran, who is far too perceptive for anyone's comfort. They arrive expecting a contract. What they find leaves them speechless.
