The Substitute

Kelsey Williams and Amber Lloyd expected the first week of eleventh grade to bring new classes, old friends, and the usual headaches of Northside High.

Kelsey and Amber aren’t.

With Greg Decker joining them, a few innocent questions quickly become a mystery none of them can leave alone.

Their teacher is somewhere.

The question is where.

And in Zallow Falls, some questions are better left unanswered.
