Kreativity for Kats: Restored Classics to Go Edition

Gummitch, a young cat of unusual thoughtfulness, is captivated by the "spirit world" he glimpses in water mirrors, especially the shimmering upside-down universe in his drinking bowl. As he studies reflections, light, and motion, he nearly stumbles on a brilliant creative insight tied to water and sunlight, hinting at a hidden talent and a larger philosophical awakening. But beneath his curiosity lies frustration: trapped indoors by two aggressive neighboring toms, he broods over cat legends, human myths, and the freedom he instinctively craves, while trying to recover that half-seen revelation. Meanwhile, Kitty-Come-Here and Old Horsemeat grow suspicious of Gummitch's strange refusal to drink. Kitty-Come-Here tries boiling his water, then salting it, only to find the bowl mysteriously upset and the water apparently vanishing or moving across the floor. Her bafflement turns the household into a comic mystery, one that deepens the story's playful blend of feline instinct, domestic absurdity, and metaphysical wonder.
