Lottie the Thirsty Ladybug

This is the summary that will appear on retail pages (like Amazon and Barnes & Noble) to hook readers and parents.

The Thirsty Ladybug

Meet Lottie, a curious little ladybug with a big thirst for adventure! One day, Lottie wakes up deciding she doesn't want plain water-she wants something exciting. As she flits through the garden, Lottie sips from a rainbow of flowers, tasting sweet strawberry reds, citrusy oranges, cool blues, and sweet grape purples.

But when a bright yellow flower gives her a sour surprise, Lottie learns an important lesson: it's okay if something isn't for you. With a magical, shimmering burst of color, Lottie's wings transform to match the sweet flavors she loves, showing all the other bugs how beautiful it is to be unique.
