People change. So do you.

We know that. The harder part is figuring out what to do when the people we love change, when relationships no longer look the way they used to, or when we realize we're changing too.

Let Them Grow is about making room for that change without losing yourself in the process.

It's about learning to:

• Be honest about what is changing
• Adjust your grip when a relationship no longer fits the way it once did
• Participate without trying to control
• Give others room to become who they're becoming
• Give yourself permission to grow too

You don't have to approve of every choice. You don't have to restore every relationship. And you don't have to stay the person you've always been.

Sometimes you have to let people GO so they can GROW.

And sometimes...

They're a person.
