Rick and Ruddy: Restored Classics to Go Edition

Rick and Ruddy is a warmhearted children's adventure about a boy who longs for a dog and the clever, loyal companion who changes his life. When Rick finally gets the puppy he has always wanted, Ruddy proves brave, intelligent, and deeply devoted, guiding the pair through hunts, scouting trips, rescues, mysteries, and perilous outdoor adventures in woods and winter snow. Their bond is tested when Ruddy discovers that Sallie the cat has been caught in a hidden steel trap and races to bring Rick for help. Together with Chot, the boys free Sallie just in time, and even her injured paw cannot dim the gratitude and admiration Ruddy inspires. Full of suspense, charm, and affectionate humor, the story celebrates courage, trust, and the extraordinary friendship between a child and his dog. This edition has been fully restored with modern typesetting, custom cover design.
