Alfredo De La Rosa: Constantinople, #1

In the frozen mountains of Spain, a boy learns to survive the cold, the wolves, and the silence of loss. That boy becomes Alfredo de la Rosa — a mercenary shaped not by glory, but by hardship, hunger, and the will to endure.

As war spreads across the lands of Europe, Alfredo's journey carries him far from home, into a world of shifting loyalties, ruthless enemies, and battles that leave no room for weakness. Along the way, he forms bonds with warriors who will shape his destiny — men who fight not for kings, but for survival.

But everything changes when he crosses paths with a noble family fleeing toward Constantinople — and with them, a woman whose presence awakens something deeper within him. In a world ruled by violence and fear, Alfredo must choose what kind of man he will become: a blade for hire, or something greater.

Hunted by enemies, pursued by warlords, and driven by a force he does not fully understand, Alfredo begins to walk a path that will turn him into legend.

This is a story of courage in the face of darkness, of loyalty forged in blood, and of the quiet strength it takes to stand when the world demands you fall.

This is the beginning of the legend of The Wolf of Castile.
