Pair of Japanese Bronze Vases

These slender vases are hand engraved with a cock roosting on a prunus branch, while the hen sits in the background. The decorator has given him a long feathery tail like a bird of paradise. The coxcomb and body are colored with a wash. They are a true pair, a left and a right. They are signed in Japanese.
