The Flora Jacket & Vest by Brightside Fabric Co. is a modern quilted layering pattern with a relaxed, slightly oversized and boxy silhouette. Designed specifically with quilted and thicker fabrics in mind, Flora is perfect for creating a cozy statement piece for transitional weather.

Choose between a jacket with a classic collar, a hooded jacket, or a sleeveless vest. With multiple pocket styles, two lengths and customizable finishing options, Flora offers plenty of possibilities for creating your own unique version.

The pattern is particularly well suited to pre-quilted fabrics, vintage or thrifted quilts and wool blankets. You can also quilt your own fabric using a main fabric, batting and lining to create a completely custom textile.

• 1/2" / 12 mm double-fold bias binding – see fabric requirements for quantity
• 5–7 snap closures
• Lightweight woven interfacing – optional, for additional stability when using thinner fabrics
• Matching thread
• Clips or pins
