The Lightspeed Leggings PDF Sewing Pattern by Fehr Trade is designed specifically for active men. Featuring a roomy front pouch, elasticated waistband and a streamlined one-piece leg with no side seams, Lightspeed creates close-fitting performance leggings or biker shorts ideal for running, cycling, training, base layers and underwear.
The rear panel includes an optional zippered pocket for securely storing small essentials while you move. Choose between full-length leggings for cooler weather and layering or biker shorts for warmer workouts. The biker short hem finishes approximately 8 cm (3") above the knee.

The Lightspeed Leggings require a stretch Lycra jersey with at least 50% stretch in both directions and good recovery.
