PDF SEWING PATTERN | Ottoline Jacket | Merchant & Mills | UK 6–18
Skill Level: Experienced / Intermediate without vents
Sizes: UK 6–18
Language: English
The Ottoline Jacket PDF Sewing Pattern by Merchant & Mills is a boxy, workwear-inspired jacket with distinctive cuff and side seam splits, clean topstitching and a practical inside pocket.
The side and sleeve vents are one of Ottoline’s standout design details, but they are also the most technical part of the construction. Merchant & Mills includes simplified instructions that allow you to make the jacket without the side seam and sleeve vents, making the pattern more approachable for intermediate sewists.
For a more authentic workwear finish, Merchant & Mills recommends using a heavy-duty thread for the topstitching rather than traditional topstitch thread.
Looking for the extended size range? The Ottoline Jacket Sewing Pattern is also available in UK sizes 18–28.
