The Cawley Dress Sewing Pattern by Merchant & Mills is a distinctive take on the classic artist’s smock, designed in collaboration with Cawley Studio. Relaxed and practical, this versatile dress combines a generous silhouette with thoughtful utility-inspired details.
The Cawley features front welt pockets and in-seam pockets, along with an optional belt that can be added to define the waist. Its relaxed shape works particularly well in medium-weight woven fabrics and makes it an excellent layering piece.
All seam allowances are 1.5 cm unless otherwise stated and are included in the pattern.
