DMC Charles Craft Monaco Evenweave is a premium 100% cotton embroidery fabric designed for stitchers who want the elegant look of linen with the consistency and ease of cotton. Its evenly woven structure creates beautifully balanced stitches while remaining comfortable to work with for both beginners and experienced embroiderers. 

The 28-count Monaco Evenweave is commonly stitched over two threads, producing the same finished stitch size as a 14-count Aida while offering a smoother, more refined appearance. The soft Antique White colour complements both traditional and contemporary cross-stitch designs. 

Made from 100% cotton, Monaco Evenweave combines durability with a pleasant stitching experience and is suitable for a wide variety of needlework techniques beyond counted cross stitch. 

What Does 28 Count Mean?

Monaco Evenweave has 28 threads per inch. Most stitchers work over two threads, resulting in an effective stitch count of 14 stitches per inch. This creates the familiar sizing of 14-count Aida while producing a more refined and elegant finished project.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash gently in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
• Rinse thoroughly in cool water.
• Lay flat to dry.
• Press from the reverse side using a pressing cloth if needed.
• Store folded or rolled in a dry location away from direct sunlight.
