The Alexia Bodysuit & Top Sewing Pattern by Maéli Paris combines comfort and elegance in a versatile, close-fitting design that can be adapted to different styles and occasions.

Choose between a bodysuit or fitted top and customize your Alexia with several neckline options, including a low neckline, turtleneck or ruffled collar. Long sleeves can also be finished with optional ruffles.

The top version features gathered sides with adjustable ties, allowing you to customize both the length and overall look. Designed for stretch knit fabrics, Alexia is an excellent wardrobe staple for layering or wearing on its own.

Recommended Fabrics

Choose stretch knit fabrics weighing approximately 200–250 gsm, ideally containing 5–8% elastane.

For the bodysuit: A four-way stretch fabric is recommended for the brief portion for greater comfort and freedom of movement.

Main Fabric – 140 cm wide:
Sizes 34–38: 1.25 m
Sizes 40–42: 1.30 m
Sizes 44–48: 1.45 m
Sizes 50–52: 1.50 m

Four-Way Stretch Fabric – 140 cm wide:
Sizes 34–42: 40 cm
Sizes 44–52: 45 cm

Cotton Fabric:
17 × 12 cm for all sizes

Additional Supplies:
1 snap tape with 2 or 3 snaps
150 cm clear elastic

Version 2 – Fitted Top
