The 019 Sailor Shirt & Bloomers Sewing Pattern by CUT/SEW combines Japanese-inspired style with a streetwear-ready silhouette. The pattern includes a seifuku-inspired sailor blouse and a coordinating pair of ribbon-cinched bloomers for a playful kawaii look that can still be styled for everyday wear.

The sailor shirt features a button-front closure and topstitched ribbon trim, while the bloomers have an elastic waistband for a comfortable and customizable fit. The shirt is drafted at a regular T-shirt length but includes adjustment instructions for lengthening it into a full dress.

Please note: The bloomers are intentionally designed with an extra-short, juniors-inspired length.
