The Hortense Shirred Top Sewing Pattern by Maéli Paris is a versatile and feminine top featuring beautiful shirring, delicate bias-bound finishes and several sleeve options. Designed to be comfortable and easy to personalize, Hortense can be sewn with long sleeves, short ruffled sleeves or without sleeves for a completely different look.

The gathered shirred detailing creates texture and shape while keeping the top comfortable to wear. A bound neckline and small back slit provide a polished finish, making this an excellent project for sewists wanting to practise shirring and bias binding techniques.
