The Simone Sweatshirt Sewing Pattern by Maéli Paris combines comfort with distinctive design details. With its relaxed silhouette, curved lines and multiple contrasting panels, Simone is an ideal sewing pattern for mixing fabrics, colour blocking and making use of your favourite fabric scraps.
The sweatshirt features a slightly loose fit, curved panel details, patch pockets and a split hem without ribbing, making it easy to layer over skirts and dresses. The many individual pattern pieces also make Simone particularly well suited to creative upcycling projects.

For the main body, knit or sweatshirt fabrics are recommended to maintain the characteristic comfort and feel of a sweatshirt. Woven fabrics may be incorporated into the sleeves, pockets and upper back panels. When combining different materials, choose fabrics with similar weights for the best result.
