The Harlene PDF Sewing Pattern by Merchant & Mills is a traditional pair of easy-fitting dungarees designed as a hardworking wardrobe staple. With classic workwear details and an intentionally oversized silhouette, Harlene combines practical construction with relaxed everyday style.

The pattern includes classic dungaree hardware, practical pockets and optional contrast topstitching. Because the Harlene is designed to fit oversized, Merchant & Mills recommends checking the finished garment measurements when choosing your size and desired amount of ease.

Fabric Note: If using a thick fabric, consider cutting the waistband and button-fly pieces from a lighter fabric to reduce bulk.

Supplies Required

• Optional: Contrasting topstitching thread
• 2 x 40 mm dungaree clips
• 2 x 40 mm adjustable sliders
• 6 x 15 mm hammer-on or sew-on buttons
• 0.5 m lining for pocket, fly and waist facing

Lining Note: If your main fabric is light to medium weight, self fabric may be used for the fly and waist facing.
