The 221 English Smock by Folkwear is inspired by the traditional protective garments worn by rural labourers for centuries. Originally a men's garment, this loose-fitting style is offered for women and men, with the Round Smock also available in children's sizes.

Choose between two distinctive versions. The Round Smock slips over the head and falls to mid-calf on adults and approximately knee length on children. The Smock Frock features a button-front opening and a shorter tunic length.

Both versions can be traditionally hand-smocked across the front, back and sleeves or easily mock-smocked by machine using elastic. Instructions and designs for smocking and embroidery are included.
