The Scout by Merchant & Mills is inspired by the practical elegance of 1920s women's scouting uniforms. Sew it as a classic shirt or a relaxed dress, both featuring timeless styling and an optional tie for a polished finish.

The dress includes practical in-seam pockets, while the shirt offers a clean, versatile silhouette that can easily be dressed up or down. Depending on your fabric choice, Scout can look crisp and sculptural or soft and effortless, making it a pattern you'll return to season after season.

All seam allowances are 1.5 cm (⅝") unless otherwise stated and are included in the pattern.

Suitable for medium-lightweight woven fabrics such as:
